Here we are on the eve of yet another Federal Government shutdown.<\/p>\n
It\u00a0 was only nine months ago\u00a0 we\u00a0 worried about going off the Fiscal Cliff<\/em>. And despite predictions of the end of the world as we knew it, we went over\u00a0the cliff and didn’t seem to be worse off for the wear and tear.\u00a0 And actually, the economy got better.<\/p>\n And in fact, the Federal Government shut down in the 1990s and the world didn’t come to an end then either.<\/p>\n I just can’t get whipped up by the financial apocalypse hysteria, yet again.\u00a0 Brinkmanship is certainly no way to govern a country.
